The Company has prepared a Whistleblowing System policy as part of the control and implementation of good corporate governance. This Whistleblowing System aims to provide oversight and prevent irregularities, as well as following up on complaints that could harm the Company.
How to Submit a Violation Report
Employees and external parties can report to the Company if they become aware of any misuse, irregularities or violations related to business ethics and applicable laws, company regulations, abuse of authority and other violations that can harm the Company and stakeholders.
The company hopes that the submission of reports will not be in the form of information based on rumors and in bad faith. The report provided includes evidence supporting the occurrence of the violation.

The company will treat every report confidentially, where the company maintains the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter/whistle blower.

- The company will accept reports or complaints submitted in writing with complete reporting data, such as the name, address, telephone of the complainant that can be contacted by the company, and the complainant has attached evidence of the violation that has occurred;
- The Company's team will review each violation report received to ensure the truth regarding the report, and process the complaint, taking into account the evidence provided by the complainant;
- Parties who are proven to have violated will be given the opportunity to provide a defense or explanation for the violations they have been accused of before imposing sanctions or reprimands by the Company.
