The company grows and develops with the community as one of the stakeholders. For it has become the responsibility of the Company that its existence must provide positive results for society. That relationship harmony between the Company and the community is mutually beneficial, and for the Company to maintain efforts to maintain business continuity.

As a form of strengthening this harmonious relationship, the Company is committed to carrying out social responsibility in capacity as a good business citizen. The foundation of social responsibility activities is aimed at the environment, employment, community development, and responsibility for the products made by the Company.

Supported by the issuance of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 51/POJK.03/2017 about “Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers and Public Companies”, and part of the letter Circular of the Financial Services Authority Number 16/SEOJK.04/2021 about “Forms and Contents of Issuers or Companies Annual Reports Public", where the Company can present information regarding social and environmental responsibility in a separate report, And for this matter, the company has put it in the form of the Sustainability Report Attached below.

Summary of Social Responsibility in 2022

The Company is committed to implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility as part of its Sustainability Performance. In 2022, in the month of Ramadan, the Company's concern is carried out in the form of activities for Takjil, which are held at the Ciptosidi Langenharjo Mosque, on April 18, 2022, with the theme carried by the Company is "Ramadan Penuh Berkah – Berbagi Takjil".

In November 2022, several areas around the Apsara Apartments were faced with rainy weather and flooding. A number of areas affected by flooding, namely one of them is RW 001 (Langenharjo). Seeing the occurrence of the flood, the Company provided assistance to several residents affected by the floods, in RW 001 (langenharjo), in the form of basic food assistance and other needs for several residents who were affected by the flood, which was carried out on November 19, 2022.

The Company is committed to implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility as part of its Sustainability Performance. In 2021, the Company's concern for Social and Environmental Responsibility has been carried out in the form of Social Service to Orphanages and Distribution of Masks to residents who are close to the Apsara Apartment Project, which will be handed over at and through the Langenharjo Village Office.
