Social Responsibility
As a form of strengthening this harmonious relationship, the Company is committed to carrying out social responsibility in capacity as a good business citizen. The foundation of social responsibility activities is aimed at the environment, employment, community development, and responsibility for the products made by the Company.
Supported by the issuance of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 51/POJK.03/2017 about “Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers and Public Companies”, and part of the letter Circular of the Financial Services Authority Number 16/SEOJK.04/2021 about “Forms and Contents of Issuers or Companies Annual Reports Public", where the Company can present information regarding social and environmental responsibility in a separate report, And for this matter, the company has put it in the form of the Sustainability Report Attached below.
Summary of Social Responsibility in 2024
The Company is committed to implementing Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) as part of its sustainability performance. On October 7, 2024, the Company participated in the CSR Program for the Construction of Uninhabitable Houses (RTLH) for residents in the Langenharjo Village area, Sukoharjo, for 2 (two) housing units, in the form of providing materials, accompanied by representatives of the Sukoharjo Housing and Settlement Agency (DPKP) and witnessed by the Head of Langenharjo.
In implementing Corporate Social Responsibilities, the Company spent Rp30,600,000.

Summary of Social Responsibility in 2023
In 2023, during the month of Ramadhan, the Company's hold a sosial responsibility activity in the form of Takjil distribution, which were held and carried out at the Ciptosidi Langenharjo Mosque, on April 12th, 2023, with the theme "Blessings of Ramadhan, Spreading Kindness, Welcoming Victory".
The company held this Social and Environmental Responsibility, with the costs spend by the company amount to IDR 1,024,000

Summary of Social Responsibility in 2022
The Company is committed to implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility as part of Sustainability Performance In 2022, in the month of Ramadan, the Company's concern was carried out in the form of Takjil sharing activities, which were held and carried out at the Ciptosidi Langenharjo Mosque, on April 18, 2022, with the theme carried by the Company being "Ramadhan Full of Blessings - Sharing Takjil".
In November 2022, several areas around the Apsara Apartment were faced with rainy weather and flooding. Several areas affected by the flood, one of which was RW 001 (Langenharjo). Seeing the flood incident, the Company provided assistance to several residents affected by the flood, in RW 001 (Langenharjo), in the form of basic food assistance and other needs for several residents who were also affected by the flood, which was carried out on November 19, 2022.
The Company believes that the Company's commitment to implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility will have a positive impact on the Company, the Company's internal affairs, and the community. The Company spends Rp 2,625,000 as a form of Social and Environmental Responsibility.
